do you ever feel it?

that simple shiver of lonelyness

when you are being surounded in a crowd.

Have you wondered?

why you feel lonely 

when you are loved by so many

have you ever cryed yourself to sleep?

all because of the simple memories that play in your head

and you wonder if he will ever come back

have you ever stopped breathing?

because you hurd his name,

and your heart breaks and you feel like you were hit by a truck

i feel it now as i remeber your face.

i feel it now as i remeber how you always ignore me

i feel it now as i remeber you have her

i feel it always , because there you are ..on my mind no matter how hard i try-

i know this dosent rhyme but, i just had to get this all out of me , please excuse all errors, and just look at the piece, thank you , i hope you can relate and enjoy!
your first love is always gonna be the one you compare everyone else to. Your first love is always going to be the one who was your everything, and your first love will always be that one scare , that one wound that will NEVER heal!

Yes, I know how this wound is never healed. My first love is always saying, "I will always have a place in my heart for you." It's heartbreaking deep inside when you see him with some other girl. I just realized that my life isn't going to be a part of his anymore; so I did move on. I'll always have that special place inside of my heart though for him.

I know what you mean, he's still on my mind too from time-to-time but now I have fallen inlove with a different boy and I can really say things turned out for the best (:
I love what you have written, I am sure many can relate. This is such a beautiful piece. Poems don't always need to rhyme to have a flow to it and get the message across, in many cases sometimes it's best not to rhyme.

Believe me, I know the feeling and can relate to this in more ways than one. First loves are always very difficult to let go of, but in order to have ourselves love again and find that special person we have to learn eventually to let go. They say there are many fish in the sea when it comes to love, and that is the truth - except those many fish will also beat up our hearts, rarely til there is nothing left and we feel like there is nothing left for us to give. But love in a heart is infinite, if you can manage it. I have been through all sorts of relationships that have left me feeling like there is nothing left. But I force myself to let go in order to find that one person who is willing to respect me, and love me for who I really am. Stay strong. Love always finds a way.
