Poem i wrote when i was heartbroken, and just feeling lost

I cry my heart out
As you turn away
Oh, Please tell me
Why are you treating me this way

You're not the same person
I have come to love
I hit my breaking point
Enough is enough

I can't catch my emotions
It's making me dizzy
If i left
would you even miss me

I've never felt so rejected
Maybe this was your plan
I wish you would have told me
Before I gave you my hand

My heart is growing cold
I feel as if I could die
Don't you see
I'm on the verge of goodbye
