Ellipse

Ellipse

A metitative display of words.

Saturated from negativity, your inner light has become dimmed. You must weed out the malevolent tendrils that rooted themselves into your being, suffocating your inner light. You must take pause, and take in. Cycle yourself down. You must renew to begin anew, sit back and let it all go. Silence is the catalyst and solitude is the element needed. A few moments is all you need. Relaxing every muscle in your body, breathe in and out slowly. Each exhale expels the vapors of cynicism from your lungs. Release, such sweet release, you can feel it already. You can feel the tension drift away like debris in a stream. That which has dimmed your ight is being removed...slowly. You can feel layers of contention and hardship fall away. Your soul is being lightened from this useless weight. You can sense the aural energies of the world around you. Their vivacity radiates away the blackness of stagnation. You can hear the accoustic waters of life, their ebb, their flow. They wash over you and then recede, trickling into your verying being. They carryout osmosis of the negativity away. You are now whole again, possessing an unburdened soul. It is serendipitous. Finite Ellipse...your inner light shines disencumbured and the day is yours again.

I wrote this as a reminder to myself. If I became too stressed out, I would read this to destress and meditate for on the meaning of this poem. I want to share it with all of you. Maybe it can help you out like it has done for me.
