Ripped Appart

Ripped Appart

A Poem by XB
"

kinda self explanatory

Ripped Apart

Said you loved me, said you cared
So why were you even there?
His hearts desire, my fire
He’s felt your touch, your very essence
He’s tasted your taste, felt you to the core
That’s all he wants anymore
He doesn’t care who he hurts
He wants you for him

Everything is different, yet the same
Your different, I’m different
Lost something I never thought I would
Fighting to get it back
Can I? Will I?
Gave you everything I am
Kept no secrets
Loved unconditionally

Loved you with everything in me
You left I still held all dear to my heart
3 days and it was ripped apart
Who hurt me more, I am not sure
The woman I loved and cherished
Or the brother I adored

Oh that does hurt, to be cheated on is one thing but when it's with a close relative like a sibling, your poem hit me in the gut as I found myself in pain... well written with great use of emotions.
