I Just Remembered What I Just Forgot.A Poem by Ana:DI'm really not sure about this piece. It seems kindof like an amatuer-ish attempt to write a song. I'm too sure if I want to make it a song or leave it a poem. I guess I just wanted some opinions before I tweek it.Dear, sweet agony, Oh, how he beckons to me, He calls her closer just to choke her from her polluted air, The silence is the loudest noise I've heard since I've been done with you, The tears are dry and gone, The tears are dry and gone.
But the pain lives still lives on, Deep inside my faded soul, Deep within the lies you told, I'm reaching, screaming, feeling like I should forget about you.
I will forget about you, Will you forget about me?
Dear regretful memories, They crept ever so silently into my dreams, They suffocate my collapsed lungs, Just get to the heart of the matter, The suspense is killing me.
But the pain lives still lives on, Deep inside my faded soul, Deep within the lies you told, I'm reaching, screaming, feeling like I should forget about you.
Let me forget about you, So I can let you forget about me.
Dear weakened heart, You've been battered and bruised, Scream loud so no one can hear you, Reach out, scream loud, and forget about you, Reach out, scream loud, and forget.
Dear violently bled tears, Just remember my only wish, I will forget about you, I will forget, But synyster smile, don't you forget me. © 2008 Ana:D |
