My Sunshine

Two sweet angels blessed upon me, 

My heart and soul to forever be, 

Their smiles casting joy for eternity, 

In my thoughts they dance constantly. 

How I treasure each moment with them, 

Admiring sparkling eyes made of gems,

Every chance showering them in love, 

For they are my sunshine forever above.

Hearts bonded by much more than blood, 

A joy for life, a young blooming spring bud,

Hand in hand we forever walk together in life,

Even to console during life's struggling writhe. 

I love each of my daughters with all my heart,

Forever strengthening our bond while even apart, 

Not even death could stand in our way, 

Bond of father and daughter could never sway.
