Somewhere far Above

Somewhere far Above

A Poem by Xander West
"

Please read this piece while listening to "When Leaves Fall" by Thad Fiscella.

"
I know I'm so hard to read,
I drive you absolutely crazy,
But every single time,
You have ever smiled at me,

I lose all my clouding doubts,
I stop to adore your beauty,
I let go of all my worries in life,
And I only think of what I see,

A proud woman standing on her own,
A heart opened waiting for love,
Arms welcoming my warm embrace,
A calling from some where far above,

I know I'm so difficult to reach,
I drive you absolutely crazy,
But every single time,
You have always stood by me,

I know all in life will end well,
As I stop to adore your beauty,
Thank God I have you in my life,
For I'm proud of all I see,

A lovely woman fighting on her own,
Two hearts beating with one love,
Cherish moments surviving all time,
A blessing from some where far above.

I know I'm head over heels,
I'm absolutely crazy for you,
And every single time,
I simply pause to see you,

I fall deeper than ever before,
I'm lost without your beauty,
You are perfect for my soul,
I'm thankful for all I get to see,

A woman proudly standing by me,
Unabashedly exclaiming her love,
For a hopeless romantic like me,
A match set some where far above

Thank you. I can write sweetly. Sometimes. Now if only what I write became true......
