One Rose II

One Rose II

A Poem by Xander West

One Rose II

One single rose I offer to you,

Yet simply beautiful so true

One rose to claim my love,

Love stirring from far above.

One red rose I offer to you,

Of a heartbeat love kind of hue,

One rose have I only sought,

How it consumes all my thoughts.

One beautiful rose I offer above all,

For into love I surely do fall,

One rose to stake my claim,

For your love is my only aim.

One perfect elegant rose I offer,

For nothing else compares to her,

One rose representing my one heart,

For nothing could keep us apart.

One single Rose I offer to you,

Upon which you chose what to do,

One rose I bestow upon you,

Yet eternal love requires two.

One perfect red rose I offer,

In hopes to find the rose of her,

One rose to claim my only love,

So that two may forever grow above.
