The Fetishist EvolvesA Poem by Austin Wade Runyon
I commit suicide every time I open my mouth
Etch diseased scrawl, bloom decay in floral pluriform Fertilized by pus and putrefying blood Each finger pincushion of infected splinters Red oak stained blood black Toy with tangled tendons The points proceed to poke nerve endings Glitched reciprocal distortion, scent distorting also inside as it is out My stench rotting the wood, belie me Static seeping below To sleep following the fallout There is no me, only residue Imbued in floor boards Imbrue the ground © 2022 Austin Wade Runyon |
