More and more my access is restricted to an endless novel
What is it I cast my net into?
That shimmering lake of reverie
An otherworld that is mine?
Mankind as a whole?
Or the whole of all?

Only one thing is certain
"I think, therefore I am"
Your hallucination is your own
The universe belongs to itself
As does your flesh
It's useless to you anyway
And you lack the response time for it
Tripwalkers ghosting through radio waves
Blind to the intangible
Until touched

The universe can never be explored
Only conceptions
