Shall i compare thee to the Autumn trees?
Your leaves do change throughout the weeks,
and as i long to feel your breeze,
you dry the tears upon my cheeks.
I stand outside and watch your leaves,
as they begin to fall,
and like them, I'd too, crumble,
but you keep me standing tall.
And though the days grow colder,
My love for you won't fade,
You're my eternal autumn
my never ending shade.
I'll love you still in winter,
and when the spring sun burns,
I'll wait still through hot summers,
'Til your autumn breeze returns.
it isnt very hard to see
your love has made a life for me.
