phone calls

A Poem by Beautiful Chaos

Late night sessions on the phone

Reminds me of the other day

You came to see me

Even though you were against others to do so

I felt bad

But then again

What did I know?

 ..:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

What started out awkward

Ended in pleasure

Surpassing what I dreamed of

Or ever could for that matter.

I couldn't believe it was happening.

Finally.

But I looked over at you

And I saw you

The most real thing I'd ever seen

And I knew there was no possible way

What I thought was just a dream

Could ever be so.

I looked into your eyes.

I could get lost in them forever

Spiraling and drowning into an open sea of hazel lights

Pleasure overtaking me

As you moved once more

Waiting to become still

But only for a time.

Then came the final kiss

As it was time to leave.

It could have brought me to hysterics

As I rode away from my lover

And hung up the phone

I love you.

Goodbye.

you prove you are a writer.

i sense you have really great things in you

we begin with mundane things, feelings, scenes, experiences and those deepen us. you are on the road to that deeper source of inspiration. this poem "tells the facts" and that is a necessary skill.

keep it up poet.
