Mary JaneA Poem by Toridedicated to my favorite girlI
met her when I was young, Just
a square, On
nothing but the run. Was
just a deadbeat loser, And
she was everybody’s w***e. Wasn’t
a pair of lips in our town That
she hadn’t kissed before. A
sweet little home wrecker In
her tight black jeans, Of
all the high school freaks, Those
eyes were locked on me She
drew me in with just a kiss, What
else could I do? Had
a feeling in the air It
was bout to come unglued. Jumping
through the smoke rings Like
a good little boy, Sniffing
out conspiracy Like
a fascist little toy Speak
of the devil And
the devil shall appear, Here
she comes now In
those red high heels. Unsure
of where she’s going Raising
hell where she’s at, What’s
a dude to do With
a crazy b***h like that? Addicted
to her scent And
her glowing ember eyes, She
caused a strange new hunger That
even a boy could recognize. Burning
through my thoughts, Caught
up in the crazy mainstream world, Bitched
at by the government, For
selling sex for her. Where
do we go now? I
don’t really even know, But
I got a pocket full of cash And
a couple smoke rings left to blow. © 2012 ToriReviews
