Forever in Question

Forever in Question

A Poem by Tori
"

yep. yep. yep. mhm

"
Darkened silence masked in pain,
True beauty swallowed by the fame.
Black roses wilting in a new world,
hiding the secrets, never to be heard.
A ribbon of lies
that bind us tight
Forever in question.
Never the answers.
Memories frightened by the light of day,
it's all your fault I've become this way.
Forced into darkness,
dwelling alone,
No one to hold.
I've no home to go home to,
no reason to stay,
A life of wandering,
shrouded by pain.
Kiss away those emerald tears,
that fall into the changing sea,
leave behind the oyster shell,
A milky pearl, we'll never be.
fingers crossed behind that smile,
A hunger I've not felt in awhile.
Dance with your ghost beneath the moon,
An innocent soul lost too soon.
Touch my heart and kill my soul,
leave me broken and alone.
Eyes glazed over from the storm,
You were unsure but not warned.
