Love with no Regrets

Love with no Regrets

A Poem by Tori
"

Sometimes the mystery of not knowing is just another reason to love them :)

"
I'm too far in to loose you now,
If ever you have loved me show me how,
Take my hand and guide me,
Walk through hell beside me,
Keep me safe and hold me close,
by God's will don't let me go.
Hand in hand we'll loose the time,
Choose your poison, I'll choose mine.
A feeling so strong I doubt it's truth,
perhaps this worry is in my youth.
A lack of years gives hesitation,
yet still you are my destination.
Hells iron grasp, it builds a wall,
should I love and loose it all?
A field of mystery we wander in,
where would I be if not the end?
Your goodbye haunts my mind,
Is it soon or in due time?
I've fallen hard and I'd fall again,
just to land where we'll begin.
I'll give you my soul if you'll not leave,
Unless your words meant to deceive.
If that's the case,
I will not take
what love you have to give me.
The lies that hide,
within your eyes,
will surly seek to end me.
But lies I think are not a threat,
Instead I'll love without regret.
Protect my heart and hold me close,
it is God's will you not let go.

Very good, Tori! It was very touching and it holds great talent. I especially like the line "a lack of years gives hesitation..." very clever, and a very very good poem.
