Deep in thought Soul uplifted and free Thoughts cooled and streamlined Finding my piece of peace Shadows pour from lightning
Forked castings of light Devil's diatribe splitting Broken symphony crashes Stoic in soaked resolve Moment stilled in time
Just breathing freedom's reprieve Undeterred by rolling clouds Always seeing blackened comfort Storm a refuge from banality Nature's tune striking the chord
In most resilient of hearts So you will find me Standing in the rain Where I feel no pain Only an inexorable gain For today is not my bane
