Lore of KorlamA Poem by WyckedDreamsA poem based on a new book Im writing called To See Through The VeilLore of Korlam:Up arose the mighty beasts, with flaming kisses they tore the sky.Up arose the Shadowed Bliss, like a king he climbed the skies.Through mortal eyes they lingered, like a darkness fighting day.My eyes they could not linger, upon their horror filled eyes. Upon the Dawn they were driven, the light's inflaming kiss..Like the mists of Dawn they fled, with a scarlet burning Hiss. They sat forlorn in shadow, their eyes they could not see... That sunlight lingered here sadly upon this misty Sea. Up arose the Beasts of Korlam, with fang and wing they came....We folk of the morning so wept with fear and with shame. These beasts they were our Shades, given life through times of sleep.. And now the beasts awaken and we folk of Dawn did weep. Spoken History of Korlam Bard of the Morning Flame. © 2011 WyckedDreamsAuthor's Note
