In the recesses of my mind memories flicker as flashes of color
colliding and escaping one another

Feelings ebb n flow only to crash into the well of my emotions,
brimming to the surface to escape as a drop,
a tear

This is depthfully charged, metaphorically enhanced in design,
the minimal wording allows the imasgery to come through in a most
powerful of ways, I think you've managed to capture
the essense of the meaning and with detail, the subtlness works great
as well as being capturing in emotion, the relationship
between the heart and sadness, and how memories effect such.
Nicely written, I sincerely enjoyed reading every sentence.
