If Only They Would Leave You Alone

If Only They Would Leave You Alone

A Poem by Wunderlich
"

Wrote this in a very short period of time. Meh.

"

Cut out the anger with a razor blade
Surgical precision in a twisted kind of way
Put yourself under with a bottle of booze
Put your head down and cease to move

Arms and thighs and wrists all burn
Reminding you of the s**t you go through
Nevermind the concern of others
They were the ones who cut you first

Push away the saccharine hands
That seek your soul in a frying pan
See them for what they truly are
Poison rolled in rows of sugar

Cut out the tears from your hollow eyes
Carve out a spot for the sorrow to reside
Put yourself under with a handful of pills
Don't trust anyone, they don't how you feel
The closer a friend is, the easier they can kill
