All That I Have

 

I once was cold

But now I’m warm

Wrapped in your blanket of love

 

For there is not

That melts my heart

Like the embrace of your arms

 

Then come to me

Don’t hesitate

Bring unto me your precious charms

 

And day by day

I’ll give to you

All that sweet dreams are made of.

Oh, my...what a tender yet seductive write. The first two stanzas are the author in a more vulnerable state, However, the third stanza, the author becomes the bold one so admired by me and many others! I love this evolution and can almost imagine the scenario, Mr Trace. Only a "real" man will admit his vulnerabilities...
