Mentally unstable

mental illness awareness..

Breathe, So they say

Count your numbers, it will go away some day

You come from no where 

Leaving me vulnerable and bare

Rapidly sending my mind 

Into places in between the lines

Why do you come in the sudden night?

Draining my every being so i can't fight

Chest racing 

Feet pacing

Please loose your grip

Entangle yourself from my hip

Debilitating my voice 

Taking my ability to function without giving me a choice

Suddenly it seems okay

Like you have gone at bay

There is an unground evil inside you

Theres a voice that comes sometimes a few

I wish i could just scream and they would all leave

Like i could let you out and just heave

Walk out of my life just like you walked in..

So i can live again
