You say you don't like me

You say you don't like me

A Poem by

You say you don't like me because I'm too fat.
You say you don't like me because I'm annoying.
You say you don't like me because I'm different.
You say you don't like me because I'm short.
You say you don't like me because I'm not funny.
You say you don't like me because I'm not pretty.

But here's the cold hard truth...the reason you
don't like me is not because of ANY of those things.

You don't like me because I stand up for myself, you
don't like me because I don't conform to the materialistic
bullcrap that the government and social media forces
on us...you don't like me anymore because you became
like everyone else: a soulless, money-hungry, drone.

So goodbye robot and conformist society...I don't want you
to like me, now leave me alone because I'm going back
into my own little world and I don't need you in it.
