First Time

I wrote this about me and Dee. It's about all of our first times like meeting, and first kiss, and stuff like that.

The first time we met you were walking out of Debs

I think you were just looking but I wasn't sure

We played basketball at Tilt and ditched our friends

But then I had to leave because I had to work

 

The first day we started dating was the same day

I called you on the phone because how amazing you were

You said yes and I was so excited

I was at a loss of words

 

The first time I trusted you completely was on New Years Eve

We both opened up and you you set me free

I learned so much that day and so did you

We fell for each other and our love stayed true

 

The first time we kissed was two days after we met

It felt so right and so perfect

We shared something that day and it'll will last forever

We loved each other then and always will there's no denial

 

The first time I said I love you I was at home

We were talking for hours and we both already knew

How we felt so deeply for each other and it was time

I said I love you and you said I love you too

 

The first time I met your dad I was a little scared

I knew he didn't like me but it was the only way

We thought we got through it coming home from Zestos

But then your sister caught us kissing

 

The first time you held me in your arms

I looked into your eyes and knew you were the one

I gave you a big kiss and we held you closer

I looked at you again and felt like I was in heaven

You can get a sense of the depth of your feelings for your girlfriend here...very well worded and I like the idea behind it...catalog of sorts of first times that made the largest impact on you and her... :)
