~ The Little BoxA Poem by~ The most precious things we save in it...~ The little Box
Where did I find you my little box? Let me remember, within the travel of my mind, You took me away with you that night In the decades of time alone and left behind
Your doors opened into a beautiful garden Angels, and Elves danced with harps in their hands Their humming peaceful sounds were a path to follow The stones, as a road to lead and be one with the lands
The soft little music was leading me, And the birds of love flew upon there The world was much kinder, and less selfish A voyage of peace, musing elegant, and rare
I left my high heels, and started to run barefoot The fresh moss tickled my feet The wind blew softly and fluent A castle in my sight, I knew I had "you" to meet
Kept on running harder and harder… The leading music became so lovely the closer I was, You were singing to me, out of the box As I was following the sound of your silent vox
I found you there, so tiny and alone The little box, had made you live inside it’s heart, You couldn’t talk, but sing, hum, and jump Of happiness you were nevermore apart
Of the souls proprietor which found your second life And brought it back to her world to stay In the drawer of her bedside table, For you to sing her goodnight into each new day
