My dear friend, although it is in the first person I interpreted this piece as a walk between the personal experiences of two people. The narrator dives into her personal realm, to feel, to imagine, to love, to walk away. But it is a seperate (not necessarily different but seperate) experience from her lover. And in that negative space created by the words, one can't help but think of that lover, what is he thinking? Is he okay with this outcome? To that subjective trap, there is reconciliation in both characters experienceing the same thing, i.e., the rain storm that she is witness to and the music it creates on his widowpane . . . or mutual love, itself. There is a weave in his poem of touch and distance that is absolute magic and requires great skill to achieve. Thank you for posting.

I truly appreciate you, I was kinda busy the whole week, and this weekend. Not had much time to be here... I do love it what you got out of this, and I appreciate your reviews very much, you really read things. Thank you W.
dear Elisa Laurel... At times, we are like migrating
songbirds... seeking shelter from the storm...
sharing a tree and some seed, feathers touching feathers
for warmth and wisdom. Lovely poetry my friend.
truly, Pat
Elisa my dear, how are you? Been away for a while and come back to find you still as beautifully melodic as ever. Amazing to me how you breathe through all the pain and exhale a poetic symphony such as this. Please be well, my dear...X
This piece of work made me just speechless! ..it expresses every thing i go through and every thing he goes through and my favorite are >
'' Be not afraid when I won’t return
For together we already are…
You know, I have more than one
Strong melody in my head,
I hear whole symphonies, like unseen worlds
Countries large, and mountains high;
Each one is another road,''
And> Love is like the wind, my man,
We are like the stream of essence
It comes and goes, when it feels the need
>And the birds not sing at night, but I…
Just hummed some silent whispers
A great work.. You have a very gifted and proficient hand in writing Elisa :)
I can say just: I`m so impressed from this Baroque piece! As always with your works, it brings me to another world, but too real to be here...There are so many essential elements in this poem, and mostly it affect on sub-conscious level on readers mind, it`s connected with so special hidden force and I feel condition it was written, in longing spirit and lonely soul. It`s truly beautiful, dear Eli!
My favorite lines:
Let me breathe through all the pain,
That never seems to end,
I feel you, and within
The light the moon weeps
Love is like the wind, my man,
We are like the stream of essence
It comes and goes, when it feels the need;
It’s as elusive as spring cannot touch winter,
And the birds not sing at night, but I…
Just hummed some silent whispers
