A Poem by
"

... Love is eternal ...

"

~ Silverstar

For you I could fly softly in

A thousand light years of hope,

Across the stars to seek you

Over the moon, and touch her face;

By the sun, and feel his burden;

Permanently away from home,

Forever in doubt, I choose to fly,

Among a million little lights

Of your beloved brothers and sisters

… But I’m seeking for you.

For the brightest of all, the one

And only " and I know deep in my heart,

For my love of light

Dreams, just simply fight …

“And time, is timeless” my Silverstar

Elisa, I must say I find this poem most mesmerizing. I find myself lost in its silent music, wandering in a world of both darkness and light. I enjoyed every minute of it; the never-ending journey to the loved one, to the brightest furthest star. One so hopeless, yet still so full of hope. Great job.

Thank you so kindly Jacob. I'm glad you enjoyed :)
Hello Elisa, yet again you've transported me to a place of magic. To seek a star, is to be in love with a memory so precious that it radiates through the test of time. Your writing is so beautiful, and when you search for your silverstar what makes it even more beautiful is you know you're in love with a ghost, something so precious in the past that it still holds all the importance and respect of the days for futures to come.

The song to me touched on the mystery and never-ending feel of this journey you speak of. When the music slows down I imagine you've came close to this entity and then almost without warning it speeds up and the journey continues. For the content of the poem this song was to me a perfect choice.

The celestial imagery and metaphors are breathtaking, then entwined with the subtle and heart stopping romance this poem becomes breath giving. So much that I was unable to breathe while reading then towards the end, gasping in the air with the eye opening end.

Possa la luce più brillante guiderà a casa. La mia casa sarà qui tra le tue pagine.
