This piece is wonderful, Elisa. It is small, it is simple, but it is poignant and it speaks so heavily to the heart. I love it. I can sit there and be there by that lake whilst I read this piece, and I truly appreciate the talent it takes in order to do that. =]

Within a mind in silence, there is serenity, and it comes across through what seems like a fragile arrangement by means of careful rhyming. I do love that, the delicateness, which in the end is what makes your words so strong. It's an appealing simplicity, this poem.. There is might inside, when there is quiet, when there is no worry, only trust, and time, to take in the current moment. :) x

This reminds me of one of the Hopi wisdom stories. Enchanting and well constructed but more than anything, sensitive and oddly profound. I truly liked it.

Hi Raven Sis, usually when I need inspiration to write and to interpret I read your poetry.

Your poem could be about sending a message in a bottle that you keep your guard up also when there is no tide to carry it and that you will not get caught off guard because you are ready and aware of your surroundings also when is quiet.
