And when the roots entwined my legs, up around my waist. The grave did come to call to take me to my fall. Lest the wild call, where wind and water come together to meat the air and sea. Where land and soil collide, to meat rock and stone. Down in the depths of earth, where man is rent in bone.

I've just read a little piece of some haven of yours and I'm glad you shared it with all of us. There's a deep sense of peace here, such a pleasure to read.

Thank you dearly Haunt, when you come by I'm always happy!
Sakura world!! So first, yesterday I took more photos of Sakura, and I was just in this dream... I sat in the grass beneath ... the petals are already falling here in Cali.
I love this of course Sis, the title too, for it is in such a place, with such moments, that reality is so beautiful and magical, that it feels like a dream, exactly what our core wished for, if only we could stay forever, in this evanescent world... Utterly lovely, Elisa!

wow such a beautiful piece if words are speaking and they do have a voice and you make them always stand out such an amazing read and the picture to go with it is amazing as well
Elisa, my friend...this poem is absolutely magical!! I'm so happy you shared this one with me (and with everyone). I normally like to cite my favorite lines in a review, but that's difficult here, because honestly, I like them all!
"Wrapped up in silken pink leaves/Cuddled with your wooden fingers/Kissed by only your breath, you air." It has such vivid imagery, and oddly enough, the first thing that came to mind was something like the Ents from The Lord of the Rings!
I'm sure that's not quite what you had in mind, but surely, this is for someone with whom you are deeply in love. And also, if I'm not mistaken, these are references to your Second World, Elysion? It sounds like such a beautifully fantastic place to write about it, and if it were possible, somewhere I'd like to visit!
Finally, I must say that the poem also has wonderful rhythm, very much like a song. It's as if the woods you speak of are singing to you, and you are singing back. What an enchanting song it is!!

i found this about love and an analogy to that peaceful walk in the woods, just as a peaceful walk with a significant other who makes us feel that same calm, easy feeling as a walk with nature gives us.
