We are the earth,

We run on the same planet,

 

                   You are in my future,

                   I was in your past,

 

Days whirl, like snowflakes,

For my eyes, but there is sunshine,

 

You melt my cold moments in your warm light,

                  Inside your heart,

                  Your happiness is my face ...

 

The ozone layer is not damaged,

When you sing your music,

 

                   And your arms around me, the radiation

                   Your faith brings me back to serenity

 

Evening counted times,

The mornings so shiny,

 

                    Confidence by the wind, of our existence,

                    Care, love, and the ink, our blood,

 

Tasted, lived, love that trembles, like a gift,

We are the atmosphere, the ring, of our

                     Hearts so near...

Labyrinth of time, made of different realities...Love express itself mostly with the pain , and why we don`t have the power to say. Really profound piece, as its title. We pay high price, and exchange body for soul, go through many tests, nothing is just one choice. It`s meaningful...I loved this lines:

What a beautiful ending lines. Your poem was my Christmas gift seriously! As soon as I read anything of yours I say to myself this is your bestest work but I may never see anything you write less than perfect and I do mean it. The sun races across the sky, carrying messages from future times, a courier delivering god-rays to warm a cold past. The moon chases, scaring shadows away from the cold night, the light that smiles beauty in the darkest of nights. There is no darkness unenlightened by the majesty of love. Incredible poem, Elisa :)

Overwhelmingly romantic words, Elisa. When two people love each other this much, the problems of the world vanish and nothing else matters but the two of them and how happy they make one another.
