Is the love, of two opposites,

In a zero state, of breathing,

Touching, loving...

 

Nothing, but everything,

Is just so felt…

 

There is power, in the lines,

Of those who are silent,

Those who feel and;

See beyond, in love, profound,

 

Enjoying real life, and

Love’s a bound…

Reflecting through

The words that bring,

Loving life, is what they sing,

 

And you and me,

We know the place,

 

Being there is our grace…

Nothing is more needed...

Nothing more is felt...

 

Through the dark, as the day will come...

We had our moment;

Just that I spelled...

Oh, delicious, these words! They make me think that 1+1 is not two, that the addition of two opposites is not zero, but some multiplication or logarithmic expansion of absolute numbers... How much we learn and grow, from loving an opposite mind... Even those quiet ones, say much to us in thier introspection...

If I could just sweep all your words . Every comma every space and every lines . Ground all of it in mortar and pestle . Then drink the juice extract collected from it . Perhaps its the cure to a weary and anemic relationship . Dr Phil would surely recommends it if he knows it exist .
Your piece always brings fond memories of what its like when someone or two heart first fall in love . I wish I could make and condense this piece into a pill so I could take it every day with unlimited refill

I have seen several poems about magnetic concepts.
Your take is gentle and natural. I feel less compulsion and a more gentle drifting together over time. Like a window slowly melting down into the base of a frame...

Tenderness pervades your writing.

What a beautiful words my friend, so less is more, also here, yes, that was the intention to this one... sometimes, we just not need to be together, to feel eachother... there is "trust"...

Your lines sound like magical spell in places...if you read it in the a special way, and the energy of love is always there. You feel the love as magic moment in the timeless universe, all what already happened will be repeat in the future somewhere. That why from the contrast of darkness and light arose the expression of soul union, which is making way from your final spell...Could this be your poem? Magnetic are the also invisible forces here, and they make protection shield around, so we always remain lovers.

I just pinned you on Pinterest. The imagery and your words took my breath away. A connection that strong...it is truly powerful and very magnetic. Loved the black and white simplicity of this too...the piano fading in the background with this...just perfect.

The image of two opposites in a zero state gripped me right out of the gate. The "opposites attract" motif has been worked over incessantly in poetry over the years, but I love the angle you've approached it from. It actually reminds me of a line from William Blake: opposition is true friendship. Then there is a line from Robert Frost: good fences make good neighbours. Perfect compatibility is not necessarily a component of a solid relationship...there has to be those grey areas in which two people truly learn about each other. As always, you've proven your innate ability to explore many types of relationships, and be able to derive the positives from them when the negatives are so much easier to spot.
