~ The Red Moss

No limits, no pain,

A land of passion without

The superficiality of needs

The color of love in this

Long vast red fields…

I walked to my land home,

I saw ages passing, I saw them fly-

The journey felt for eternity

Tearing me into it nearby

Optimism here was different,

Grey was the color of peace,

And red was the one of

Neutralism, and the love

For no trees

Plain simple, as all what

Was needed was there,

No wings were rusted,

No birds with fear,

The land of

The Red Moss was here,

My new home,

There, finally near

I marvel into your fantasy world big sis... I love this... i feel like i have step in this land of dreamy piece you wrote...

Optimism here was different,
Grey was the color of peace,
And red was the one of
Neutralism, and the love
For no trees

Oh how i love that verse... it gives strenght to me like i always thought of optimism and Neutralism in harmony in my mind... the grey color of peace is well fitting to the solemnity of the imagery of your art... Great work big Sis...

Thank you very much for saying that Pryde :)
i love all the imagery in this...such beauty in your words, but what really strikes me in this is something i think is so important...love not built on need, but just attraction, want and mutual respect.
"no wings rusted/ no birds with fear"

when we "need" that causes expectations and fear...but if we just want the love of another for who they are...that is something to sing about.

That's the love jacob, my hippie friend, I do love you say that!!! great eagle eyes j. :)
The simplicity of life... when all is pure and fear was not harboring on thoughts..
I love that you have depicted grey to be a peaceful color in your mind's eye....and red being the purity of love without anything toxic to taint the passion. This is an exotic expression indeed!...A lovely write Eli. ~xoxo~:)

love you too!... now go to bed! (((hugs)))~xxxxxx~ :D
It usually irritates the crap out of me when videos start auto-playing when I land on a page, but in this instance, I let it play on, transfixed by how the words moved through the sound of the music. Really nice fit together.

While this piece also has infinite tones in it, like the Man of Gold, it has a more earthy feel. I see more country landscapes here, maybe barns and pastures. Although the place and the journey you describe is still a magical one. I enjoyed the third stanza the most. That sounds like a truly great feeling, and an extremely soothing place to be!

That's beautiful, for I do love yours as much too!
I like how you express the escape fantasy in words that describe alien characteristics of a new reality, one that can only be understood by sending the writers mind on an imaginary journey where anything is possible and can be understood through a poetry all your own. The ambient music you have attached is the first music accompaniment that I have enjoyed while reading. I often find it hard to concentrate with the addition of music, it pulls me away from meaning and blinds me to form. Well done.

The words that come from this other place of yours are truly remakable Elisa. There is a real sense of freedom of spirit here. And I enjoy the use of colour metaphor.

Nice you pick that out dear Ken, thank you fine sir.
Oh, to be so pure and free... This would be a wonderful place to spend a lifetime; just here within your words and the world that you have created with them. I love the idea of transcendence and metamorphosis within this piece. You always speak to the heart of the matter, my friend.
