~ The Blurred Painter
You painted me on your cotton canvas The night with no limits left, The day not yet in sight at all But my heart beat born, an Ecoline gal
No light could ever bring me, So much closer to this inner you, For a moment, I lived on there for real And you never had the clue!
Until you made me sad, and Disappointed drained me in a different color, There were no eyes who’d smiled, But thunder storms became bolder.
You created me, and punished me For I once was just so happy; Your paintbrush, loved so many colors, But your heart was too heavy To provide, and too heavy to love.
