~ TransfixedA Poem by~ Transfixed, Elisa Laura, E.L. Mind Scribbles, Animals, Humans, Hunger, Love, Need? Perception, Philosophy~ Transfixed
When two souls are resting, Transfixed, and eyed, Intrigued by their primal
instincts With nothing to hide, Why there is this fate? Of transparent protection When they have a nice date?
Now the question is; “Could the bird know That the glass would protect
him”? “And would the cat know, He could not catch the bird”? Or were they too mesmerized by
each other? And did not even thought Of any human perceptions Nor even of anyone to hurt?
Blockades of life, on the path
of lust Similarly, and also in the animal world, Not reaching really one another And while the one and only
beasts, Made sand into glass, And of trees some wood For these two just rested
nothing less Than observation, instead of food...
