such a soothing tone in the poem just like everyone said it: just like a lullaby. I feel nice reading this, it gives a sense of loving warm feeling on the subject of a child. Yes, a smile of a child a day takes away the weariness of the whole day... a lovely dedication all children's and parents out there. Thank you for sharing this dearest friend.

"She" is connected to us all... the core of strength, love, peace, and happiness, can be found in her. From young to old, "she" will always be there.
This is a multifaceted gem you have written Eli!...a lullaby to cherish.
You sparkle EL like no other and certainly at no other time. There is no greater
accomplishment of mankind than the love of eachother, the approval and
accreditation of the youngest among us. This is a very tender song sung
by a very tender songstress.
Were the Neanderthal's capable of love? Wherever there was warmth
(woman, children) wherever the distillation of a man becoming complex
and responsive to experience and cultivation (sex and childbirth) there must
have been love. And not just longing and knowing but true sophisticated
love.
The love you speak of here is primal, first in importance.
Though primative. fabulous, dana

Dana love, you're marvelous yourself first of all, wow what a review, thank you so much for this. I .. read moreDana love, you're marvelous yourself first of all, wow what a review, thank you so much for this. I so appreciate your wise thoughts, on each poem you leave a note. And second, I guess the Neanderthal's did felt true love... as animals do too, see a mother chimp with her child, and how she carry him/her. Primates do... :) We are just a clever human race nate out of them. The ones who could haunt, and made "spears to kill in Prehistory" for survival, our brain was intelligent enough to separate emotions from instincts..... it is sophisticated love when love not ask for much, when love just is there, with no words, and that's the love i so adore, the free love, without talking just knowing it's there.... children have this, innocent love, the love to just give a smile, or a so most lovely answer on things we don't expect.... it could bring me the best daily smiles.... :) Thank you so so much for your understanding, and great thoughts my friend! love to you!
Excellent. I played with my daughter as I read this.
