She isn’t afraid of what will come

In darker realms of pain in life

She spreads her black inked wings

To fly into savoury skies

 

Her visions cannot stop

For her mind so often wants

As she knows how to sing her hymn

From frozen chest, into warm lands

Ah yes... I dive right back in and I am greeted with greatness once more! Two stanzas, like the two wings of the raven. Short, sharp words, like those eyes that can see so clearly far into the horizon... These inked wings will spread words to foreign regions of the world. Words to bring hope in a time of pain. Unable to rest, still, as the raven must travel even further... the hymn is not done, and more ravens must answer her call...

that last line is so haunting...what an ending..the reader flys away with that thought.
"from frozen chest into warm lands"

the raven is so intelligent...to some scary...to me...more understanding than most.

The Raven soars through the skies of knowledge, onward to a destination only she knows. When she has arrived after the long flight, made long by the trials and tribulations of life, she may rest....only then when peace has touched her wings and made quiet her cries reaching far up into the skies with clouds of possibilities. It is then she sings her hymn with full joy and freedom!!
