~ ChyzarineA Poem byA Story inspired by a true Genius, "Vladimir Nabokov" and his Lolita... Ofcourse with an typical Eli twist ;) And new perspectives... seeing out of her eyes...
~ Chyzarine
Along narrow roads, She ran, back in her youth As a little girl Mindful and aware Of the immense Fear of an middle aged man Who used to always follow her Her pure soul and intuition
It brought her immensely back into The film fragments of her Ancient mind and age, On the minutes of today’s survival But her overwhelmed youth Still lived in her for a fragment Now where she is pure strength The day alive is living fast
Along the canal she sit in cold winter Thoughtful, but stuck by the moment Of never ending facts, in her mind As her thoughts dance as some kalinka's twist On a wedding, to give it place and let it rest She’ll be aware to know the road On days like these, for strength to find
Missing her roots of not knowing them By her youth was insecure and moving too fast Visions as snow in front of her eyes Sparkled and danced out of nothing She breathed out cold air In her felt distant of despair,
And the presence of what she became In her living core of the day Was stronger than ever Like finally she thinks back of bygone years To this manic and obsessive man Not to denial her fears The one who taped her visions And who thought to swim in her thoughts To give her future, but only with "him"
But what she saw was always clear And she kept her compass near Nothing was really from his heart, As he couldn't feel empathy And now the time had come She was to be that strong To give him back her taped vision Of what she filmed along
Slaved to his voices, forced by Their choices, she knew, and felt The cold St. Petersburg air Was around her for a reason, She frowned and thought it must be hard For him to survive for what he once had started… As it remains a secret of his lonely heart
