~ Walk with me

Close your eyes, and give

Yourself over

To my warm hands

I always have in winter

Time

To hold

Give yourself a rest

In pure space of nothing

In fresh blue air

Where nothing rests

But to be

As two souls flying

Together hand in hand

Let me whisper you

Silently what love means

And how to reach it

Elusiveness dwells

In our existence

Even as being equal

With thoughts

In distance without

Speaking

Hold my hand, and you

Will feel, I’m always

By your side

"Lemon Drops..."

Falling tears have a sound -
when you hear it inside
the echo and its sharpness
is deafening and shakes your core...
when you feel them from outside
its as if they'll never stop...
and when you're alone
they fall and fall and fall.

my regards to your grand father and my mistake in the interpretations, sometimes my mind is lost in somber translations, but still this poem is very affective...thank you

Such honest prose; I've come to expect from you, but didn't think it would resonate with me as much as it did, very beautiful piece, made me think of my grandma who I used to walk home as a kid. She's got dementia and when I see her it takes a while to remember me, but something must remain of me in her mind because she always holds my hand and refuses to let go. This piece made me think of her and now I'm a bit sad, so great job for that. :)

this could be a poem about a shadow, but im guessing it's another muse who left you to speak the beauty of wounded words, your declarations are always up lifting to the thought of cherubs with dough bellies laughing as you and your mate walk the roads you so longed for...great piece

"Ice Cubes..."

Fall leaden from the sky and still I hear her voice.
Still I hear her cry.
Hold the tears, don't let them fall
Because inside one by one they choke us all.
I count the days till I see her face and still
I hear her cry.
Moaning in agony I feel my tears fall like ice cubes
shattering in my mind.

Thank you.
Could feel your smile in these words, as hand in hand, both souls just be. Free of all weight that life gathers unknowingly, soaring into that other, most beautiful, wonderful realm. Wonderful.

Nice thoughts Elisa...I like the simplicity within this poem...even though it still radiates with a powerful emotion of consideration, carring, and love...nicely written piece...
