~ Modest and Unaware

You created mother nature

In your wet lost arms

For African trees became

Northern European

Bald but with a secret flame

Where cold is felt through

Every barren bone

In fair cold of pain can feel

But here are summers too

To let melt your veins

From out of frozen winters

Modest and Unaware

You embrace the right light

Of love and the voice of

My heart spoken as pale

As could be sung

Not wanting to

To wither, you

As the sun on the equator

Can burn

With  too much love

But as silent as sharp light

I shine, and observe

And as bright as I see thee

Rich and with honesty

Full of free purity

We move slowly

Around the axis

Of newer yesteryears

this piece touched me! its amazing soul-image of differences and similarities in the world...everyone is like piece from universe, whos voice we can hear..I loved the feeling of soft melancholy, the desire to touch heart of another..the close look to the spirit...mostly I loved the last verses!
Full of free purity
We move slowly
Around the axis
Of newer yesteryears

Hi darling, I hope that you won't mind me commenting that I am struggling with the font to read each word clearly, which is a shame because the content looks ever so interesting : (

Here we go again: me couldn't think of anything to write and why is that? Because there's a great poet whose name is Elisa who just writes breath taking poems, and poor Gregster is scrambling around for words, trying to find the ones are just right, but he fails, because Elisa shook Gregster pretty good, for all of his words jump out of his body. Beautiful poem ;)

The picture of the trees is amazing...first thought. Your beautifully written poetry is breathtaking...immediate second thought.

From your head to our delight; thank you for sharing this most expressive work with us.

Thank you Kimmer, your words are always a delight to read...
Beautifullly written, with thoughts of Hope for warmer days in the light. The cold does many things to our inner core, but the warmth will melt in our veins. What an amazing write!...a rich gift of honesty, indeed!
