~ A Feverish SpectrumA Poem by~ A Delirium of Fever~ A Feverish Spectrum
Bright sight, Became fuzzy in Loves delight She blew out the candle With her mind reflections Not actually thinking Words in her head danced And jumped chaotic " Shall I? and will I love you? More than myself What is love? " And where did it go? “It is still with YOU dear” You only lost it for a moment The candle spoke Out of nothing With a white mouth Full of dripping Candle wax… “Sssht… keep quiet She whispered” Sweaty and shaky From cold she walked To her bedstead Where she disappeared So small as a leaf Could be in the stream Of a moving river Floating away with Her thoughts and Her eyes half open Staring at the White starry sky… Resting until the Dew was born on Morning grass And her cat Woke her up... She felt her feverish Spectrum slowly Went away And nothing but a Bad cold Remained
