~ Too heavy to Carry

With your pearled embrace that shiny

You’re too heavy to carry

Your weight is too big and your love

Too much

I can’t breathe with you around my neck

Your glimpses are too void and vain;

Just give me back simplicity in all you were

When you sung a rain of roses to catch

For me in early spring

The waltz of love is so rare

Focused by swirling souls on the planet

Of romance, but in days of loneliness

Each and every heart will beat

I will leave you alone, for where you rest

As I can breathe the same need

My chest bleeds as yours did before

In all days, and I confess

I can't move on, when all is following me

Into the darker caves, I feel not happy

Let me be embraced with your bare hands

And a sonnet of being

Wake me up, out of the darkest days

Shine on me my sun,

Days without your beams

Are doomed for times in paleness

For no better beginning

But torture my thoughts,

Like I dwell often in these months

To fulfill the need of your musings

Love is a mistress on a shifting cloud

A cloud in a stack of multiple layers

Which one you will pick out will be

Depending on your daily mood

I shall wait until I can carry the weight

Of love and pain, and my thoughts above there

Stuck with you in my relative being

Until then I live my thoughts, rested on clouds

But not for long... for you shall morn

Author's Note

~ Sometimes things can be too heavy... love has a heavy weight, (The weight of love) A. Ginsberg always spoke of, and he's more than true... remember...

Remember this is pure poetry, no more no less.
I love to experiment.

Thank you xx

This has such a feeling of being in darkness, waiting for the light to ease your burden. Maybe winter to spring, or a long night into day or maybe just the heaviness of life lived at the wrong speed. A lot in here I feel and can understand. Love the pic by the way

"Love is a mistress on a shifting cloud

Depending on your daily mood"~What a mystifying vision you have depicted!...The multiple layers represent so much...there is an emotional depth to this piece which gravitates around the heaviness of the metaphorical "pearled embrace", holding the character too tight...I felt the suffocated emotion as I read this. Excellent work Sis!

Thank you so much :) xoxo
The first, second and fourth stanza caught me the most.
I once read that the only major stress in life is the excess baggage, and I cannot really disagree with the premise. These unnecessary baggage are from the sheer weight of the frustrations and or failures, past and even present relationship that are not working et al and these do nothing only to make our lives heavy. So the best thing really like what you have described in here is to UNLOAD EXCESS BAGGAGE.

Wonderful one again the usual from you dearest. Love to you xoxo...
