~ To be in the right circle, you have to know yourself first.

"

~ Cycloid

Deep expression, twisted by circles

Round eyes look at you, and know you

Distraction and quiet strength, is disguised

In her mysterious presence

The harder you try to analyze her

The harder she will run in circles,

There is no obligation to give your soul

To others and a point where you already have been

People will naturally arrive and see the center

Where one can rest in the eye of the storm

But before, they are so fierce looking for an excuse

And hope to find it in another’s failure

Men just run aswell; in circles around your back

Up to a point they think you're weak prey

Power lust is not attractive, it stinks

And makes wrong circles with wrong ink

In the circle of life and death it

Is not important to make even bigger cycloids

The content with little, is the greatest circle

Nothing good comes with half ones...

It's beautiful indeed, one of the most heart-felt things, and inspirational. When knowing, without knowing, is shown, and through a lovely way.

the wisdom in this write shows how deep you have touched life. We keep on going round for its what life is all about as i percieved it, its will be a sad end if its half way through, so we keep going. Great write, beautiful one!

Thank you captain, you remind me of one of my best buddy's! who have said the same! loved this revie.. read more
i think everything in life will eventually come full circle, whether its positive or negative, it depends on what u put into it

sometimes i find myself going through the same cycle, or the cycles that's been repeated by my parents or loved ones... when i recognize it, its motivation to do something different, or begin a new positive cycle...

great write, thanks for sharing!

Thank you dear poet for this tail hunting, circled review, loved it! xo
Keep your circle positive, that's one of my favorite mantras! In life and in the universe, everything is full circle. Nothing stays the same and that can be such a beautiful thing depending on how we look at it. This was a wonderfully written piece full of wisdom and love.

Wonderful guidance in here, wisdom and love warms the frost from the buds in the circle of life, death too has it's turn on the wheel,

Thank you Corset for your wonderful thoughts. And words. xx
Perhaps tis better to make your own circles, saves you getting giddy at other people's expense or control! There's always a speck of space to allow entry . Strange how so many people rush through life these days, not realising that they're getting closwer to the end every second! Maybe we should take a leaf out of Mother Earth's life and enjoy the seasons, pausing at each and every one .. maybe life would be fuller .. maybe we'd all reach a destination that means more than commodities .. Somehow your words have birthed thoughts in me, will come back, dear friend..and please, so must you.

Oh, good appetite dear! and cheers on you!
Hmm... interesting poem! It has a vague dream-like quality to it, which is always a good thing. I especially like the focus on circles in this one; the circle of life, the circle of birth and death, social circles. It brings to mind the image of Ouroboros, the dragon devouring its own tail; the end ("tail") is destroyed, but the circle never ends.

The sense of mystery surrounding the female figure ("she", "her") is interesting, as you said, the harder you try to peer at her and analyze who and what she is, the harder it'll become. But also, the sense of advice here is great - avoid the wrong circles, such as greedy or half-circles. Fairly wise advice; nothing good usually stems from them.

"Men just run as well; in circles around your back/Up to a point they think you're weak prey." Very nice imagery here! Very good read.
