~ Mornings in Marrakech

In the magic of the Moroccan air

Full of perfume mixed with love

Gasoline and local food we smelled

We kissed and ate, and

We danced until the sun came up

My heart felt every bit of the ambience

Involved, and landed in our soul

Like little serotonin bubbles in my blood

Danced within the power, of being

When I closed my eyes, I felt the embrace

Of the North African beauty

Sultry mornings,

In our neighborhood

O’ lovely Marrakech

Where nights are golden and

Days are rich as the sun gives light

Let me be reborn into this magic

For ones and for always in your arms

I shall close my eyes, for ever

To whisper with your love

This is such an awesome poem. I love the way you play with your words "Like little serotonin bubbles in my blood" to "I felt the embrace Of the North African beauty". This is a very mystical and "handsome "piece you have here Ms. Elisa. I tip my cap to you as always :)
