My Only Horizon

My Only Horizon

A Poem by

Deserted in the darkness of my mind,
I think about how I want to be
In an empty world were nobody else exists,
But you and me,
Where I can breathe the air
That fills only your lungs,
Where the only time I spend,
Is yours,
Where my only horizon
Is the outline of your body,
And our last kiss,
Is my sunset,
Your lips, with a scent of the purest
And sweetest rain, fills my breath,
And I desire to be soaked,
In the flood of your distant love
