losing you

losing you

A Poem by
"

depressed lately over some personal matters, had to get some of it out somehow.

"
losing you
not getting a choice
nothing i can do
without a voice
tied and bound
beneath a poison
i look away, eyes cast down
needle, powder,crystal
a daring dance with death
fingers grasp a silver pistol
another dose another lie
what once was filed with light
dimming down to die
why make this willing plight
somewhere in a different time
a different world
away from Satan's foul hyme
in a celestial twirl
there lived two different people
who but passed each other by
birds in different steeples
but tramped in the same lullaby
