Ambition

Ambition

A Poem by
"

"Don't forget to dream big. For nothing in this world is impossible." - Panama Soweto (One-Hundred)

"
I know I've run into some set-backs now and again
But I'm not going to allow my dreams to end
My dreams have always been of success
but that's only because I've owned less
So when I look at the road o'er yonder
What is there that I cannot gain?

What else does a man have but dreams
For dreams are all that men like I
who have been put down but refuse to die
What more can we do but try
Hold our heads up high
Even when the world is being torn by its seams
Now you may call me dumb
ignorant perhaps;
But human ambition
is directly related to ones ignorance.

I may not always believe in myself
In fact, I almost always doubt myself
But something someone once told me is true;
Don't believe in yourself; believe in the friend that believes in you.

Losing love and faith is bearable,
but losing hope is the end of everything.
Touch the untouchable
Break the unbreakable
If you have a reason to fight for what you want,
You can do anything.
