The Feeling

The Feeling

A Poem by

People see emotion with Naked eyes,
Not knowing their faces lie,
They hide how they truly feel,
With no one to care it will never heal,
People only see the smile,
Not knowing they live in Exile.
What he lost  he will not regain,
For he wishes not to feel the pain,
Love he had found he now has lost,
Came with a price, a heavy cost,
She left him their
And didn't care
His heart left in two
Not to be fixed or made anew.
She was left apart,
With nowhere to start,
No one knows,
That her pain grows,
She avoids her peers,
To keep down her fears,
Love she once had,
Is now gone leaving her sad,
He left her their,
And didn't care,
Her heart now left in two,
Not to be fixed or made anew,
Though they didn't know each other,
They found one another,
Feeling the same,
They share the pain,
Now they have someone who  knows how they feel,
Their hearts can finally heal.
