Your Judgment

Your Judgment

A Poem by
"

Yet another bizarre and random song-like poem from my late night imagination... This one is about how judgment is our biggest problem. Some strange religious stuff is in there too.

"

Sometimes I think about our late Little Michel

People like to say he was just a crazy psycho

You don't have damn clue what it's like

To be an outcast and live in absolute fright

He was a man who didn't have a normal childhood

His music helped us the best that it possibly could

You sit at home, living your own little space

And make up a joke and want to say it to his face

Shut up and wake up and listen to me

He's the musician that almost set us free

Some people say this world never changes

I guess it's only true on the newspaper pages

Gossip seems to be a common way of life

Digging up the garbage in other peoples lives

Cruel people are, spitting out there judgment

I hate this, seems that our love is almost absent

Makes me kind of sick that I share this beautiful planet

With people who won't care when I'm down in a casket

All people please just stop your harassment

All we need is peace so give up your judgment!

It sounds kind of crazy when I hear about these hate crimes

Some of us witness them in our very early life times

Racially motivated, it seems these problems are

Bullets always spraying from the least likely cars

Children always dying over a stupid compact disc

I really don't get it, these lives can't be worth the risk

People won't stop pointing fingers when this s**t goes down

All I do is turn away feeling so let down

Not much I can really do, but maybe sing the truth

I'll try to carve a path today, one that's safe for all our growing youth

Some people say this world never changes

I guess it's only true on the newspaper pages

Gossip seems to be a common way of life

Digging up the garbage in other peoples lives

Cruel people are, spitting out there judgment

I hate this, seems that our love is almost absent

Makes me kind of sick that I share this beautiful planet

With people who won't care when I'm down in a casket

All people please just stop your harassment

All we need is peace so give up your judgment!

There are places on this Earth where they don't make up opinions

These places are so peaceful you'll never hear those sirens

Guns have no use in this place as they never fight a war

No one ever goes without and no one there is poor

Our view of a utopia is absolutely wrong

These people live off the land and are absolutely strong

Paradise is were these people live, work, and grow

We rely on things like gadgets that's why we are so damn slow

Judgment's not a part of life for these people indeed

It's time to take their example and add it to our creed

Some people say this world never changes

Gossip seems to be a common way of life

Digging up the garbage in other peoples lives

Cruel people are, spitting out there judgment

I hate this, seems that our love is almost absent

Sometimes I would like to talk with things that have talons

Things that are indigenous and have no need for talent

I wonder what goes on inside those scaly heads of theirs

Their opinion of us, a mystery, as we go about our affairs

I look at them as equals, not as some dumb animal

Most of us think otherwise like a bunch of numb criminals

As a human being they probably frown down upon me

If only they new who I am, what I know, and what think

I'm not like them, Let me help you! I'd scream so loud to their face

I don't want to hurt you or destroy your home, like rest of my idiotic race!

I wonder if our planet will ever forgive us for our actions

She's taken so much damage with our wars and all the pollution

I know she doesn't take sides like the humans occupying her

I hope one day we learn and help her make things better

Most people say they love their country but sadly not their planet

I'll take one for her one day, it might be a disease, it might be a bullet

One day I'll return to her as something only few have seen

I know that nothing ever truly dies, not like what we have foreseen

But until that tragic day comes I will do my best to make a difference

But most importantly I'll leave at the door my unjustifiable deliverance!

All we need is peace so give up your judgment!

Some people Yes love passing judgement against others.
It's sad really, I think it's because they have this picture perfect idea of what a human should be like and when they see a person isn't held up to to what they pictured they pass unlawful judgemnt. Yes It's wrong.

People aren't scare cards and just should be accepted. It is always just best to accept the person the way they are. It's alot easier because there are no expectations for someone to judge you by.

I like this and the point the make. Very well done!

A private life is a long gone dream. I agree with your poem. If it is not your business. Stay out of it. A poem with wisdom. Thank you.
