An alzheimer's thought

An alzheimer's thought

A Poem by
"

Poem is descriptive enough

"
A fleeting thought crossed my mind
What it was
How it was
What it felt
I can't recall, I can't recall
It could have foment a revolution
Destroy the sagacity of sages
It could have ended all the miseries
plaguing the world
Or
It could have helped me swoon my lover
Bared her heart and torn her apart
Or
It could have been mine most erotic fantasy, my most neurotic fantasy,
my most destructive fantasy
Or
It could have been something so mundane,
What to buy,
What to cook
Whom to call
Whom to book.
It could have been wonderful
But I can't recall
It could have been destructive
But I can't recall
It could have been life changing,
But I still can't recall
I can't recall, I can't recall
No grudge do I nurse,
I have to live with this Alzheimer's curse
