I didn’t deal with my problems for a long time because I was afraid to talk about my feelings. Now I know better, but it is a never-ending battle. How do you deal with problems?

Problems don’t disappear

until we reveal them,

deal with them,

heal from them,

by communicating about them

instead of forgetting they exist

until they no longer exist…

We have to be stronger than this.
