Remember to Breathe.

Remember to Breathe.

A Poem by WordsFromAPen
"

Anxiety attacks vary from person to person but we all feel alone it's moment

"
Through the darkness,
Hands hold my throat
And stroke,
Slowly, darkly,
Hot and gripping,
Harder.

I.
Can't.
Breathe.

My head aches
My thoughts fuzzy
My eyes heavy
And I might choke

Breathing ragged
Cheeks flushed
Lungs sticking to my rib cage
Limbs weak

I.
Can't.
Breathe.

But no one sees
No one cares
My face is white
Emotionless
And I gulp
I gasp
I choke back tears

Anxiety attacks have no place around here.
